This program offers complimentary initial service support to our customers with every unit purchased. We offer transfer knowledge and field guidance regarding operation procedures and will provide periodical services at 4 different periodical services, i.e. PS 250, 500, 1000, and 2000.
Our customers can call our service network any time to get unit repair service throughout Indonesia.
We have several strategically located facilities which are able to cater our customers’ requirements of components or unit repair programs in our workshop or in the respective job site.
We provide the choice of placing our technicians on site to carry out periodical service and backlogs. The charge is incurred per hour of unit operation. Service Maintenance Program allows our customers receive assurances about proper unit maintenance following the procedure at a considerably lower cost than FMC.
This program is designed as the most complete product support contract to ensure maximum performance for Kobexindo’s units. Our Product Support Team and the required supporting facilities will be placed on the job site to perform scheduled maintenance and at the same time guard against unscheduled downtime. The charge is incurred per hour of unit operation and comes with yearly unit availability guarantee.
This program is aimed at reducing unit breakdown time at competitive prices. This is achieved by exchanging main unit components with the stock prepared on schedule.
These support programs are the complements to Planned System Application in Heavy Equipment Maintenance.
On this program, our technicians will assist our customers in testing the performance of their units, predicting the lifetime of particular components, and creating unit repair schedules so that their units are always Ready For Use with minimum downtime.
Our technicians will analyze and anticipate our customers’ needs to replace undercarriage components
Through this program, we will periodically take an oil sample from our customers’ units in order to estimate the lifetime of main components.
